She Moves, She Flows, She Thrives is a completely free 36-week programme offering gentle, expert-led yoga and Qi Gong classes designed specifically for women managing hormonal health challenges. Whether you're currently inactive, on a low income, or simply need a women-only space that understands your body – this is for you.

  • Tuesday 10:00 AM– Qi Gong (nervous system support & hormonal balance)
  • Wednesday 10:00 – Hormonal Health Yoga (perfect for chronic conditions)
  • Weekly – Live Online Sessions (join from home- receive a weekly recording )
  • First Saturday Monthly – Restorative Workshops (deeper connection)

Yoga and Movement

Our yoga sessions are specifically designed for women's bodies, hormones, and the real challenges you're facing – whether that's debilitating period cramps, menopausal hot flushes, endometriosis flare-ups, or simply feeling completely disconnected from movement. 

QI Gong

Qi Gong (pronounced "chee-gong") is an ancient Chinese practice that combines slow, flowing movements with breathwork and meditation. Think of it as "meditation in motion" – gentle, accessible, and profoundly healing for women's bodies.

Unlike yoga, you don't need a mat, you don't get down on the floor, and you don't need any flexibility at all. Most Qi Gong is done standing (with chair options available), making it perfect for women with mobility issues, chronic pain, or those who simply can't get up and down easily.
